Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving customer outcomes, and ensuring long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic account management with hands-on customer engagement while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients
Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and opportunities
Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth and increased engagement
Advocate for client needs and provide feedback to improve processes and services
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Help develop scalable customer success processes and best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Ability to identify risks and proactively drive solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus
Background in BPO, SaaS, consulting, or professional services preferred
