Full-Stack Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, scrappy Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build, solve problems, and move quickly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, figure things out, and take ownership without needing everything mapped out for them. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies when needed, and finding practical solutions when there isn't an obvious answer.
We're especially interested in developers with startup experience who are motivated by building products, solving real problems, and making an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end features
- Translate product requirements into working solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Own projects and features from development through implementation
- Research and learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed
- Identify problems proactively and find practical solutions
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Collaborate with team members to improve product functionality and performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer
- Experience building and maintaining production applications
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Preferred Experience
- Startup or fast-growing company experience
- Experience taking products from early-stage development through launch
- Experience working in small, lean engineering teams
- Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Demonstrated initiative beyond assigned tasks
