About the Role

The Autism Services Intake Coordinator plays a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy by managing intake workflows, reviewing required information, and ensuring readiness for care.

This role requires hands-on experience in ABA or autism services and strong coordination skills. You will balance administrative accuracy with compassionate communication, helping families feel supported while keeping intake records complete and organized.

Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage due to the population served.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake for new ABA patients
• Review referrals, intake forms, and required documentation
• Communicate intake progress and requirements to families
• Maintain accurate records in intake and tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intake gaps
• Use Spanish when appropriate for family communication
• Ensure intake workflows remain organized and timely

What You Bring

• Required: Experience in autism services, ABA coordination, or behavioral health intake
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Clear English communication (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working with intake systems and workflows
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Detail-oriented and patient-focused
