About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist (ABA) to support intake operations for autism therapy services. This role is responsible for collecting patient information, supporting families through the intake process, and ensuring records are complete and accurate before services begin.

Candidates must have prior ABA or behavioral health intake experience. This role requires empathy, organization, and confidence communicating with families about sensitive care needs.

Spanish fluency is a strong plus, while English fluency is required for internal coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage intake calls and documentation for ABA services
Explain intake steps and requirements clearly to families
Review patient information for completeness and accuracy
Maintain intake records and track case progress
Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams
Use Spanish to assist families when needed
Follow intake SOPs and quality standards
