The successful candidate will contribute natural and accurate voice data used to improve speech technologies, virtual assistants, and voice-enabled systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable reading scripts, maintaining consistency across recording sessions, and delivering clear speech that reflects authentic Australian English usage.
Responsibilities
- Record assigned speech prompts and scripts in Australian English.
- Produce natural, fluent, and accurate speech recordings.
- Follow recording instructions and quality standards.
- Review recordings for completeness and clarity before submission.
- Meet project deadlines and production targets.
- Communicate recording issues and technical concerns when necessary.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Australian English speaker.
- Excellent pronunciation, articulation, and vocal clarity.
- Strong reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet recording environment.
- Ability to work independently.
