Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to lead client engagements from onboarding through ongoing delivery. This role requires someone who can manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage client engagements throughout the partnership lifecycle
Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for clients
Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project and service delivery
Facilitate onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement activities
Monitor engagement health, milestones, and client satisfaction
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
Lead client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning discussions
Drive continuous improvement in engagement processes and delivery standards
Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution
Support account growth through strong relationship management

Qualifications

Proven experience in Engagement Management, Client Success, or Project Management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience leading client-facing initiatives and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in consulting, BPO, SaaS, staffing, or service-based environments
Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
