• This role supports the growth of a consumer marketplace focused on modern, digitally savvy parents
• The audience values authenticity, convenience, and real-life product recommendations over traditional ads
• Engagement happens mainly through social media, affiliates, influencers, and live shopping
• The brand experience is premium but approachable, with a strong focus on storytelling and community

What Youll Be Doing

• Source, outreach to, and onboard brand partners
• Guide vendors through setup and help ensure a smooth launch
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and help coordinate next steps
• Support affiliate and influencer outreach and ongoing campaigns
• Help with marketing campaigns, seasonal promos, and special launches
• Draft outreach emails, DMs, and follow-ups
• Support social media initiatives and assist with light design work (Canva)
• Schedule calls, track outreach, and keep records organized
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly

What Were Looking For

• Comfortable managing email and calendars
• Familiar with tools like Zoom, Google Suite/Docs, Excel, Instagram, Slack, Apollo, and GoAffPro
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
• Comfortable juggling vendor relationships, outreach, and campaign support
