About the Job

We are seeking an ABA Practice Operations Manager to support and optimize the operational systems of a growing autism therapy provider.

This role focuses on building structure, improving workflows, and supporting core administrative functions that enable clinical teams to operate efficiently.

You will play a key role in strengthening processes across recruiting, intake, scheduling, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate recruiting pipelines and hiring operations
• Support onboarding and internal documentation processes
• Manage intake workflows and insurance verification tracking
• Assist with scheduling coordination between families and clinicians
• Track credentialing and compliance requirements
• Help develop SOPs and improve operational systems

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare operations

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Experience with recruiting or onboarding workflows is a plus
