Full-Stack Web Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, scrappy Full-Stack Web Developer who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build, solve problems, and move quickly.
This is a hands-on role focused on building and improving web applications across both the front-end and back-end. You should be able to work independently, take ownership, and find practical solutions when there isn't an obvious answer.
We're especially interested in developers with startup experience who are motivated by building products, solving real problems, and making an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications
- Develop front-end and back-end features
- Turn product requirements into working web solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Take ownership of features from development through implementation
- Research and learn new technologies and frameworks as needed
- Proactively identify and solve technical problems
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve product functionality and performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer
- Experience building and maintaining production web applications
- Strong front-end and back-end development skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
